A pre-order item is one that you order before we have it in inventory. You may cancel a pre-order item up until the time your order begins processing.

To cancel a pre-order item, please contact us via email at [email protected], Live Chat or by calling 1-833-365-2324. Once your order has been sent to a shipping facility it may no longer be canceled. There is a small chance that certain pre-orders may be delayed or cancelled based on demand. If your order is delayed, you will be sent an email informing you of the new estimated shipment date. If your order is cancelled or you choose to cancel it, a refund will be issued on the same day and usually reflects within 3-5 business days.
